Mobile, AL artist Jay Montana is back with another mixtape, this time titled “The Vulture”. He leads it off with the Kabo produced track “Before I Land”, which is a melancholic track where Tana shows off not only his impressive songwriting abilities, but also rangy vocals that shine out from his southern drawl. Across this entire project and particularly on this song, he pushes the regional sound of Mobile forward and this project will definitely be a seminal piece of his state’s musical lore.
